Preschool Rates

There is a $25.00 registration/deposit fee.

*The fee holds your child’s placement. The fee is Non-Refundable.

WPCP or SNSP Families do not require any deposit/fees.

Full Day Rate is $37.00

Begins 7:40 a.m. and ends at 3:15 p.m.

Half Day Rate is $30.00

Begins 7:40 a.m. and ends at 12:00 p.m.

If a child needs to stay past 12:00, they will be charged for a full day.

Wisconsin Parental Choice Program (WPCP) is five full days Free.

Special Needs Scholarship Program (SNSP) is five full days Free.

Payments

1.Preschool will be a pre-pay basis this year. Parents/Guardians will need to pay a week prior to when the preschooler will attend. Take the number of days your child will be attending times $37.00 for a full day, $30.00 for a half day.

Example: Suzy comes Monday, Wednesday and Friday all day 3 x $37.00 = $111.00. This amount must be paid before Suzy can attend that week of preschool.

2. If school is cancelled (due to snow, etc.) you will not have to pay for that day.

3. No fees are charged for days that Our Lady of the Lake Preschool is not in session (holidays, in-service days, etc.)

4. If your child is sick, you must call in the morning at 715-685-1737, directly into the preschool room.

Food Service Payments

Hot Lunch, Breakfast and milk will require a positive balance in the family account. Thus must be prepaid.

Breakfast is $2.25 and Lunch is $3.75, milk is 40 cents unless the family qualifies for Free or Reduced meals.

Prepayment for school lunches need to be made to the school office.

Hot Lunch is $3.75 per day. You may apply for free or reduced meals.
